Fast, cheap, delicious We ordered here for the first time, among other things because of the € 2 promotion for the 2nd pizza, just to try it out. I recommend ordering on the Dominos site and not on Lieferheld! It's uncomplicated and there is a life ticker for the pizzas that have just been prepared. We are really satisfied and think that both pizzas were tasty. The pizzas would also be worth the normal price;) Supplier was nice

Ordered pizza, got pancakes with toppings. I order from you quite often, of the last 10 orders 3 pizzas were not pizza! If the oven doesn't work, let your shop shut down !!!

My future wife and I ordered from you on Saturday during working hours. We have never eaten such a soaked scrap pizza. The End

Ordered food by Lieferando, after 1:30 a.m. food was still not there, I called the number I received in an email with a confirmation for the order, the gentleman said to me "You have not ordered from us", unprofessional, unfriendly , I can never recommend this in life! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Avoid this dominos restaurant. The kitchen is unsanitary and there are flies everywhere. They have to work overtime and are not paid. Branch manager is very unfriendly.

Usually they are ok, this last time i placed an order through their website, after 1 hour i call, and they tell me they forgot to make my order. No apology , no nothing and sounded annoyed that I had prepaid when I asked them to cancel my order and refund me!

Never again! Much too expensive for a tepid pizza that tastes like nothing. Ordered via Lieferando, pizza came with the wrong topping, topping was correctly shown on the order confirmation. Called and complained. I got a promise that I would get the right pizza delivered free of charge at 8 p.m. the next day WITHOUT having to call again, which of course did not happen. So I called, only to have a pointless discussion with another employee for 10 minutes and to be told that the fault was not with Dominos Pizza and therefore there was no claim for compensation. Customer service is an absolute foreign word here for the employees who talk to you in ghetto jargon and even yell at you. Absolutely level and the very last!

I wouldn't order pizza again now. Price performance not justified. Positive aspect smooth, fast and easy ordering via the Internet + super fast delivery time.

NEVER AGAIN HERE !! The most unfriendly employees work here and the delivery time is much too long: 1.5 hours. Not recommended !! If it were possible I would have given 0 stars.

The last dirt. Ordered at 21:50 via Lieferando Essen, nothing happened for 90 minutes. Called there and got the info: "have missed the order, will not come" (!?). Does the dumbbell ask me if I want to cancel the order? It couldn't be worse.

I ordered a delicious pizza with Danish cucumbers for my buddy, it came very quickly and apparently was still warm. The supplier was very nice and responded to my message accordingly. However, my message was not written down on the box as requested and the pizza had 3 hairs, which was a bit uncomfortable, but otherwise thanks dominos. Was delicious

I ordered Pizza from this place using Lieferando.de, only to get a cal about 15 minutes before delivery time that I live outside of their delivery zone. I asked what I was supposed to do because I had already paid for the pizza, and got a curt, "Das müssen sie mit Lieferando selber abklären, sorry," and not much else. So that left me with money paid and no pizza....great! Better customer service would have been to do the delivery anyway. apologize for my inconvenience, and promise to make the delivery zone clear to Lieferando in the future. Too bad customer service in Germany doesn't really exist.

We ordered two pizzas from Lieferando, which was supposed to take 30 minutes. After over an hour without delivery, we call and find out that it should take another 30 minutes. We are now eagerly awaiting delivery, which will be more than an hour late. Very disappointing that you are not proactively notified that there is such a large delay.

That was supposed to be a pizza? Give a spoon soon. The pizza was drinking endlessly and the dough probably only saw the oven from the outside or only got the heat from the seat heating. Never again!!!

The customer service was really nice. They replied to all my queries very politely. It is likely i will go there again to savour their large varieties of delicious pizzas.

Pizza was warm but completely swept through the box. In addition, the whole dough was soft and mushy. I felt that the pizza was not in the oven long enough, 1-2 minutes longer and it would have been crispy, but I will not test if it is able to deliver a decent product here. It remained that I scraped off the topping and threw the dough (which can not be called bottom) into the trash.

I can't be sure if this way of managing orders came from above or. I live just 2 min from you and 2 orders were canceled because: "the ticket shows you have 1 more number in your cellphone number". I checked if it's true and of course not. If I type in "abc", you are gonna get the same. This isnt 2001 where you can say that you "didnt get someones call/email". I mean, sell that amateur digital knowledge to old people man. "The receipt has 1 more number sorry, your fault". Really? You think I cant check if I actually made that mistake in 2 clicks? I ordered from Lieferando, order number K4ZEH0. I want my money back, payed via Sofort.

Great staff. Every time I went there I had a great experience. The pizza is also good as long as you know what you like.

Ordered 3 Sandwitches to go and waited nearly 55 minutes for them . Looks like they are very understaffed . While I was waiting there (on Sunday may I ad) one guy (at least he was very nice and polite) was making the food , rest delivering and no one was answering the phone or was answering and making their order before mine. Food was so not worth the wait even if I love Joeys and Dominos. Few extra people during weekend and lunch hours would make delivery time smoother and reviews better.

Do not be fooled by the new name! This pizza has nothing to do with the U.S. Domino's Pizza. The pizza crust here is thin and tough as leather. Sauce and toppings are also not up to par with the American product of the same name. This is just the same sad Joey's Pizza with a different, misleading name. Very disappointing.

Thin pizza, quality ingredients and was ready in 10 minutes. We ate at the branch even though this is a branch that works mainly with deliveries.
